VERY IMPORTANT: If you are inquiring about a warranty replacement item, we need to have a copy of your sales receipt (or contract). We will also need detailed descriptions of which parts you need and pictures showing the defective product. For more information visit our Parts-Store page. If your pool is no longer covered by warranty, or you are simply in need of parts for any other reason, no sales receipt is necessary, simply order the parts you need. This site is only related to warranty and parts issues within the United States of America.
If You have rust developing on your pool wall you should drain your pool immediately to avoid a burst which may result in injury or property damage.
New Message (May 31, 2010) - Out of Stock items are due back in stock by June 12. We will be shipping orders immediately after the parts are received. If you have placed an order and can not wait this long, please send an email with your order number as well as the word "cancel" in your email. As always, we never take money for an order until it is shipped to you.
New Message (June 11, 2010) - Parts from Japan arrived in Chicago today. They are being shipped to our warehouse in Buffalo. They should arrive Monday or Tuesday. Orders that were placed and have not been shipped will start to be shipped immediately after the parts arrival. We sincerely apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience.
