What You'll Need
1. Original receipt for your pool.
2. Photographs of your pool from a distance as well as clear
pictures of the damage in question
3. a description of what parts you'll need to fix the pool.



You are expected to re-use old parts from your old pool if they are not damaged. We may determine that a complete replacement is necessary, but that is our decision to make. We will not cover parts that were thrown out without our permission.
Unless your pool is less than one year old you should expect to pay at least shipping charges for your replacement parts. Feel free to browse the parts store to determine which parts you need. It has pictures and parts numbers to make this process as easy as possible.

Email and Postal mail are the only ways to contact us without paying a processing fee.
Attachments (pictures of you pool and a legible photo or scan of your receipt) should be sent, but they should not exceed 1.5Mb
